This sweet box is created from a single sheet of thick, pure copper - formed and soldered all by my hand. What you put in it is left up to your imagination, but I think they make exquisite proposal boxes. It would also be a great place to put valuable rings while in the kitchen.
The copper is given a hammered finish for the body of the box and the Art Deco flower design on the lid is achieved by an impression design from the jewelry industry of long ago. The lid fits snugly, but is not to be considered waterproof. The bottom is stamped with my initials.
They measure roughly an inch in diameter and are about an inch tall. I've sealed the exterior with a microcrystalline wax

Jewelry should not be subjected to lotions, sprays or any chemical, as damage to materials may result. If a light cleaning is needed, usually a soft, water dampened cloth will do the trick.
Items can be stored with an anti-tarnish strip or you can polish pieces with a Sunshine cloth. The more a piece is worn, the less it tarnishes due to body oils.
A person's body chemistry may cause changes to metals. Renaissance wax is a commonly used sealant to prevent these changes. My items are not sealed unless expressly stated in listing description.
