Coastal Cowgirl, bohemian, western, whatever the description, this is one sweet necklace that can be worn every day, with almost everything!
I started with a sheet of sterling silver and put it through my rolling mill. I made a bezel setting for a stellar piece of natural Royston turquoise. The 18" thick rolo chain is created with rings that are soldered closed and connect to a lobster clasp.
I created the twisted wire that the bail is hanging from and it lends itself to the western vibe. I also soldered close all the bail jump rings. The pendant is about 1.80 inches from the top of the jump rings of the bail to the bottom and 1.10 inches wide.
The piece was lightly patina'd and will naturally tarnish over time. If you wish to seal it, you could use a material called Renaissance Wax, If you polish the piece, you can go lightly over the design to keep the darker patina in the design crevices and the stone setting.

Jewelry should not be subjected to lotions, sprays or any chemical, as damage to materials may result. If a light cleaning is needed, usually a soft, water dampened cloth will do the trick.
Items can be stored with an anti-tarnish strip or you can polish pieces with a Sunshine cloth. The more a piece is worn, the less it tarnishes due to body oils.
A person's body chemistry may cause changes to metals. Renaissance wax is a commonly used sealant to prevent these changes. My items are not sealed unless expressly stated in listing description.
