Earthy, everyday copper earrings!
I started with a thick sheet of pure copper and patterned the flowers. I created the sterling silver rings and ear wires, soldering the jump ring on and the tag with my maker mark.
The earrings measure about 2.10 inches from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the circle and they are about 1.15 inches wide.
I've left them unsealed so they will darken over time, just like a penny.

Jewelry should not be subjected to lotions, sprays or any chemical, as damage to materials may result. If a light cleaning is needed, usually a soft, water dampened cloth will do the trick.
Items can be stored with an anti-tarnish strip or you can polish pieces with a Sunshine cloth. The more a piece is worn, the less it tarnishes due to body oils.
A person's body chemistry may cause changes to metals. Renaissance wax is a commonly used sealant to prevent these changes. My items are not sealed unless expressly stated in listing description.
